Last updated: [22/11/2025] These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website alexburgundy.se (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products from Alex Burgundy Jewellery, operated by Alexandra B. Atelier AB (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.

  2. Online Store Terms By placing an order on our Site, you confirm that: • You are at least 18 years old, or have parental permission. • You will provide accurate and complete information during checkout. • You will not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  3.  Product Information We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, colors, and images. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing adjustments. All jewelry materials and specifications are provided in the product descriptions. 
  4.  Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in SEK and include 25% Swedish VAT unless otherwise stated. We accept the payment methods available at checkout, including: • Credit/debit cards • Klarna •  Other payment providers listed at checkout We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  5.  Order Acceptance After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to: • Product availability issues • Suspicion of fraud • Incorrect pricing or listing errors • Unverifiable payment information If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. 
  6.  Shipping & Delivery Shipping times and prices are stated in our Shipping Policy. Once an order is shipped, delays caused by PostNord or other carriers are outside our control. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once handed to the carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.
  7. Returns & Refunds Our return rules are outlined in the Return & Refund Policy. Key points: • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. • Items must be unused and in original packaging. • Return shipping cost (69 SEK) is deducted from the refund unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is processed. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions.
  8.  Warranty If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@alexburgundy.se. We will replace or refund the item. Damage caused by misuse, wear, or improper handling is not covered. 
  9.  Personal Information Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Site, you agree to the handling of your data in accordance with that policy.
  10. Intellectual Property All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs — is the property of Alexandra B. Atelier AB and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission. 
  11.  Prohibited Uses You may not use the Site for: • Any unlawful purpose • Attempting to breach security features • Collecting personal data of other users • Uploading harmful code Violation of any of these Terms results in immediate termination of your access. 
  12.  Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for: • Indirect or consequential damages • Loss of data • Shipping delays • Third-party service failures • Inaccuracies in product listings Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

  14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be handled by Swedish courts.
