Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To start a return, email support@alexburgundy.se with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply with return instructions and a PostNord return label.

Return shipping cost:

69 SEK will be deducted from your refund to cover the return label.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace or refund it immediately.
